Missing Angel Foundation acts as a memorial site where parents can post their stillborn baby's name, delivery date and picture. If parents have a memorial website for their baby, they will include a link to that site.

The MISSing Angels Bill (www.missingangelsbill.org)

The MISSing Angels Bill and similar legislation has been enacted in 13 states. Under this bill, when a 'Certificate of Fetal Death' is required, and the child was stillborn, parents will be offered the opportunity to receive a 'Certificate of Birth, Resulting is Stillbirth'.
