Candle Lighting Ceremony

The holidays are always bittersweet if you have lost a loved one. A Small Victory is planning a candle lighting ceremony to honor and remember loved ones who are no longer with us. This event will take place in mid-December and is open to the public. All losses will be honored. Please bring a picture of you loved one if available.
