A Small Victory, a charity created by a Covington couple for parents who lost a child through miscarriage, stillbirth or neonatal death, has a new fund-raising goal.
For the "Ten People, Ten Dollars" online fund-raiser, the goal is for 200 people to donate $10 apiece by Jan. 31. All of the money would benefit bereaved families.

A Small Victory is a Volunteer-based, tax-exempt organization that donates Loss Kits to hospitals, which gives them to parents to help the latter preserve memories of their deceased children. The kits contain baby blankets, disposable cameras, air-dry clay for hand and feet molds, blank journals, pens and bereavement information. Also, A Small Victory can refer families for peer-to-peer counseling and group support.
